We have FREE WiFi Internet access available

Tyrone B&B has a small secluded back garden with a fish/wildlife pond

Guests are welcome to use the patio table and chairs, also the sunloungers and seats

We also have a small conservatory with comfortable cane furniture

Perfect for catching the last few rays of the setting sun

Smoking is permitted in the garden but not the conservatory

Fire Safety !!

We have fully linked smoke detectors and alarm installed

Safety and Evacuation proceedures are posted in each room

Additional Information

Guests are provided with keys to their room and the front door to the house so access is available 24hrs

For guests exclusive use there is an ironing board and steam iron

Mobile phone reception in Sidmouth can be abit patchy depending on your network but is generally very good (info from local phone shop)

We are happy to store Refrigerated/Frozen items for guests as long as its not half a cow or anything close to that size

Guests are requested to vacate their room by 10.30am on the morning of departure to allow sufficiant time for room servicing prior to new guests arrival
